Givlly 360 is a cloud-based CRM designed to provide access from any operating system and from any location with an internet connection.

Yes, you will have full control and rights to all uploaded files and data stored in Givlly 360.
We will not retain any rights to personally identifiable information (PII) or any uploaded files.

There are three account types available under the Givlly 360 subscription:
Main Administrator, Sub-Administrator, and Volunteers/Donors.

Absolutely! You can sign up for a free one-month trial of Givlly 360 here.
This trial provides full access to all the features of Givlly 360, enabling you to:

  • Upload and onboard your volunteers and donors
  • Create and configure volunteer opportunities
  • Set up and manage donation campaigns
  • Access pre-configured reports and dashboards
  • And much more!

Once you enter your user information, our consultant will get in touch with you by call or email to personalize your trial experience.

No need to worry about canceling the trial!
It will automatically end after 30 days, and you won’t be charged a thing.

However, you may sign up for a new trial one year after your trial or paid subscription ends.

Renewals, cancellations, and billing

You can manage and view your subscription by accessing your account settings details

Currently, we only offer annual billing options.

As the expiration date approaches, you will receive notifications through Givlly 360 and via email, reminding you of the upcoming expiration.
If you decide to let your subscription expire, Givlly 360 will enter expiry mode, during which you will no longer have access to your account.

In expiry mode, our consultants will assist you in downloading all files and data from your Givlly 360 account in your preferred format.
Once the official handover is complete, our team will proceed to close the account and delete all associated files and data from our servers.
We will not retain any personally identifiable information (PII) or uploaded files.
